There is never any cost to use this equipment but some cruise lines ask that you sign up in advance. Cruise Tip: If cardio's your thing, head to the gym soon after boarding to get the best slots. We have more than three dozen pieces of cardiovascular equipment (treadmills, elliptical trainers, summit trainers, stair climbers, upright and recumbent bikes, rowing machines, spin bikes, versa climbers), many of them equipped with LCD screens with cable TV.

You could receive applications of moist or deep heat or electrical muscle stimulation (commonly referred to as 'modalities').
