What costs are involved?
Our costs lower according to quantity and we now offer cards in 2 main price brackets; Silver (Cat A) and Gold (Cat B) plus a few 'online special' Cards. These prices include personalised black & white printing and envelopes. please note, if one of the colours in your logo is black, this is still free and should not be counted. If front-page printing is selected, this is a standard charge of 40 for black, silver or gold text (this increases to 60 if you are ordering 500+ cards).For personalised Christmas cards we give 10% of the value of your order (ex VAT) to the charity that you choose to benefit at the checkout. More.Printing on the front of the card, where personalisation is offered as an option. Please refer to each particular card.
Why do the cards supplied look slightly different from those on the website?
Because all my cards are handmade or printed then hand-finished, making each one unique, there may be very slight variations between the images on my website and the finished cards supplied to you.No . some of our items are shipped direct from the designer usually because they are individually made to order.
How much do National Eczema Society get?
For personalised Christmas cards we give 10% of the value of your order (ex VAT) to the charity that you choose to benefit at the checkout. More.We strongly advise you to order your Christmas cards as soon as possible. Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we have a lot of international customers. Personalised Christmas cards will be sent by Royal Mail using Parcelforce Euro 48 service, Parcelforce Worldwide or DHL. The service used is determined by the country of destination and the printer involved.Postage is calculated as a base amount dependant on the delivery destination, plus a per item charge as follows: Due to the inconsistent size/shape that these may be produced in, postage and packaging will vary from item to item.It is a period of preparation for the celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ at Christmas. Advent begins on the Sunday closest to November 30th - St. Andrew's Day - and is the beginning of the church year.
Can I Get A Refund /Exchange ?
