Q2. What are the acceptable image type/formats for CashCard or Ez-link Cards?
For both CashCard or Ez-link Cards, we do accept digital image/photos in "BMP", "JPG", "JPEG" and "TIFF"("TIF") formats. What about items such as Order of Service, Menus, personalised Place cards - when do I order?
When filling out your order form we ask that you list ALL items and quantities needed. For items you will need on your wedding day, all details must be with us eight weeks in advance. The only exception is guests' names for table plans and placecards. We need this information four weeks before the wedding date.Remind4u contributes 10% of the cost of card or cards purchased to your chosen charity as standard. How can I pay?
We accept all credit and debit cards apart from American Express. You can save your card details in your own secure database within Remind4u and these will be held securely so when you shop in the future your details can be automatically completed on the payment screen when you select your preferred card.You can send your order form by post, fax, email or telephone.

Q8. Is there any stored value in the CashCard or Ez-link Cards?
The Cards carries no deposit, or stored value. However, you can top up the Cash Card or Ezlink Cards and then use per normal. Bulk orders are available. You may submit your enquiry here for us to get in touch with you. Yes, you can but please note that we reserve the right to reject any photo/picture in cases where the picture or photo submitted infringes copyright, is offensive or unlawful.You can make any changes to your order by clicking the "Back" button up to the point of payment.

Q6. Can I purchase the Cash Card or Ezlink Card by phone order/walk-in ?
Currently, these Cards are only sold online via our website. We do not accept phone or walk-in orders.Yes, you can but please note that we reserve the right to reject any photo/picture in cases where the picture or photo submitted infringes copyright, is offensive or unlawful.
