As much as we would like to send you the balloons already filled with air, doing so would only result in burst balloons at your doorstep. You can use photographs, drawings, and clip-art that is not copyrighted. If the clip-art is copyrighted, we ask that you obtain the owner's permission to use the graphic. We cannot use graphics of any characters that are trademarked, such as Disney characters, Warner Bros. characters, Hanna-Barbara characters, etc.ShindigZ, we offer a variety of quality glassware styles at various price ranges. (We carefully handle and pack each glass to prevent possible breakage.) Sometimes breakage occurs due to the fragile nature of the product and freight handling. To cover any unexpected problems, we include one glass or several additional glasses free of charge, depending on the quantity ordered, to cover potential breakage.A return form is enclosed in each shipment (on the reverse side of your packing slip). To insure proper credit, fill out the form, and enclose it with the items being returned after you have received a return authorization number from Customer Service. All merchandise must be returned PREPAID within 15 days of purchase. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery charges.
