How do you clean your Santa suits?
All the suits except the Velvet suit can be washed very carefully in cold water with mild detergent on the gentle cycle. It is important that the suit does not sit wet in the machine for ANY period of time after washing or the red on the suit could run onto the white. You must use a buzzer / timer and remove the suit right away at the end of the spin cycle. So, unless you feel confident doing your laundry properly, simply DRY CLEAN ONLY or send it to a professional laundry service.Yes they are. If we run low on stock, we pull the product off the site temporarily before we run out of that item. We have a very sophisticated "real-time" inventory system. If you see it on the site, it is ready to ship.

We do not use US Postal Mail. This service can take weeks to a month, and is very unpredictable, not insured, and hard to track. Please note that we may use UPS or Fedex equivalent services if it better meets the customer's needs. For example; You may select UPS overnight at the checkout, but we find that Fedex next day has a better more reliable (and just as fast or faster) service to your area. You are paying for the speed of the shipment, not the specific carrier.Absolutely! This is how we got started in this business. The suits that we custom make are very, very unique.
