Do you ship internationally?
We will NOT ship to any countries other than the USA. Problems with International orders in the past caused us to discontinue this service. We will automatically cancel ALL orders coming from other countries. Where is your retail store, and can I stop in to pick up a product? We do not allow customers to visit our warehouse and pick up products.
How do you ship your products?
We primarily ship via Fedex and Fedex Ground. We also use UPS Ground and UPS Air. If you choose next day service, we may use Fedex Next day or UPS next day. we will use the particular shipper that services your area the best and gets the product to you the fastest.
How do you clean your Santa suits?
All the suits except the Velvet suit can be washed very carefully in cold water with mild detergent on the gentle cycle. It is important that the suit does not sit wet in the machine for ANY period of time after washing or the red on the suit could run onto the white. You must use a buzzer / timer and remove the suit right away at the end of the spin cycle. So, unless you feel confident doing your laundry properly, simply DRY CLEAN ONLY or send it to a professional laundry service.Yes we accept exchanges for sizing issues. However we reiterate that you should measure yourself properly so that you don't have to pay a $20 exchange fee. You need to call us within 48 hours of receipt. We want you to be happy and have a suit that you are proud of and love to wear. However, we don't feel it's fair for us to bear the burden of your forgetting to check your size. You should measure yourself with a tape measure. The sizes we state on the site are accurate. We do quote our measurements using a tape measure. Our measurements are real ones, not "clothing suit sizes". If you are under (smaller than, and can still breath) the tape measure size we state for a suit, then it will fit you.
