What happens if I forget to send money on picture day? With our exclusive Classic School Portraits™ proof program, there is NO MONEY required on picture day. You will see proofs of your child's school portrait one week later and can make your portrait selection at home.You can scroll through the list (the events are in date order) and find your event or you can use the search boxes at the top of the page to locate your event.
How can I order an additional class picture? To order an additional class picture, there must be class pictures taken for the school. If there were no class pictures taken for the school, we regret that you will not have the option to purchase a class picture. Refer to the "A La Carte" list for the price. Print "one class photo" in the order box on your proof card. Enter the amount in the price column. Enclose total payment and return your order to Gerardy Photography.Proofs are delivered to the school approximately one (1) week after picture day.
Are you willing to shoot portraits of small family groups as a part of your wedding-day photography? Yes, we are happy to photograph small family groups as long as the bride and groom wish us to do this.
What is Share-A-Smile? Share-A-Smile is a referral tool for sharing school portraits with family and/or friends (invitees). To use Share-A-Smile, you must have log in access and be the parent/legal guardian of the child. An e-mail will be sent on your behalf containing a link to view and order your school portraits. However, as with any e-mail, the invitation may be extended to additional family members, friends, or individuals.
What is a service pose? A service pose is the pose selected for school administrative use, class composites, yearbook, and/or (when contracted) school ID’s. What if my child's name is incorrect or misspelled? Print the correct spelling in bold letters in the box “please change the spelling of my child’s name to…” on your proof card. If you place your order online before the return due date you will be asked to verify the correct spelling of your child’s name. This is where you would be able to make the necessary corrections to the name. Online name verification is only available during your first visit to our website and if done before the return due date.The recommended Internet browser for our website is Internet Explorer. Our webpages and your school portraits will not display properly using Netscape, Safari, and Mozilla Firefox. Please use Internet Explorer to view our website.Return due dates vary for each school and is based on the picture day date.
